Medical professionals collaborate with patients to develop personalized programs incorporating training, nutrition, health coaching, along with medical testing to give patients real results. Providing a medically based safe and effective fitness program that will meet you where you are is our number one priority. We incorporate medical testing that is only available in a medical setting, which provides internal and external data that allows us to know what is happening inside your body that may be preventing you from seeing success.

Jessica has a B.S., MEd, is a certified Metabolic Efficiency Specialist, graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and is certified by the International Association of Health Coaches. She is a published author, holds certifications in Ayurveda and is working on the Naturopathic Doctor designation.

Through her own health journey, the countless clients and patients she has worked with, and the intensive hours of education she has in this field Jessica has come to understand that Bio-Individuality should be the primary focus for each client relationship. What does that mean? It means that you are genetically and emotionally unique so why would a cookie cutter workout or diet work for you just because it worked for someone else?

In our clinic fitness and nutrition serves as the base to a pyramid of health and wellness.
